Shaft Repairs
Worn, scored or undersized shafts brought back to print instead of replaced, including journal build-up and re-machining.
A replacement shaft usually costs more and takes longer than a repair. Campli restores journals and bearing seats, straightens and re-machines shafts, and repairs damaged keyways and threads so the original shaft goes back into service.
Repairs start with measurement of the as-received condition and finish with a dimensional check against the print, so you know exactly what was restored and to what size.
