Bearing Housing Repairs
Bearing housings and chocks re-bored, sleeved and line-machined to restore fit and alignment.
A worn housing bore lets the bearing move, and a bearing that moves takes the shaft with it. Campli re-bores and sleeves bearing housings and roll chocks back to size, and line-machines multi-bore housings so the fits line up again.
The shop also handles double-shelled and liquid-cooled roll work, where housing and internal fits have to be right the first time.
